U.S. appeals court strikes down state's concealed-carry ban
This means the IL legislature has 180 days to write into law some kind provision for concealed carry. I'm checking Accuweather ... cuz Hell must've froze over.

The sad thing is that yet another law will be added, more hoops to jump through. What is really needed is the removal of laws.
